ZX Hubnut

Post by rossnunn »

Right I've lost my set of big ratchets & sockets that I use for hubnuts etc, they are in the biggest bright red box you have seen in your life but I can't find it so;

does anyone know the Hubnut size for the ZX? & are they two different sizes for the petrol & diesel?

I think they are 35MM - have a look on Eurocarparts site - they stock them and the entry in their on line shop will confirm the applications. price £1.21 + VAT. They do the grease caps as well.

GSF do not seem to stock either the caps or the nuts.

The nuts seem to be common to other cars. As I'm sure you know they have a sleeve on top of the threaded bit which is staked into the stub axle for security.

For the Diesel, 35mm front, 32mm rear - only the rears are staked. I think the 1.4s might have smaller front hub nuts
