Handbook and the 3.0 V6 Xantia.

Post by Quackers »

Is it just my handbook that completly ignores the 3.0 V6 Xantia?

Under Mantinence it has every engine except the V6, under tyre presure at the back and fluid levels every engine except the V6, and on the sheet that lists MPG, 0-60 etc it has every engine except the V6.

Perhaps it's just yours.... my old R reg V6 and my current V6 both had full reference to the 3.0 V6 in their handbooks.

Was there something in particular that you wanted to view? If it helps I could attempt to scan mine for you!

Citroen dealers are usually quite happy to get you a new owners manual for free. Test your dealer

Erm how many litres of oil does it say the engine holds? I was just wanting to compare the V6 against the Activa according to Citroens performance figures on that bright green or orange sheet of paper that comes with it.

That would be 5.50 litres for the V6 and for the Turbo CT with air-con 4.50 litres and without air-con 4.75 litres.

Incidentally... the 'printed in the EC' date on my book is '01/00'
