ZX Alarm Unit

Hi there does anyone know where the alarm unit is on a ZX ? I have found the sounder but not the unit.

tha alarm doesn't work and sometimes the sounder goes off or the lights flash for no reason.

I have turned the sounder off now under the Bonnet but realy it all needs a closer look....Cheers

Thanks for the info so far .....I followed the link but it never got concluded ?

Does anyone know if the alarm is in a box section under the seat after lifting the carpet ?

can remeber if its under the carpet, but it is a black box but has two plugs with lots of wires, as it controls the CL too.
