Loudish droning noise coming from Xantia 1.9td

I have just noticed that the noise gets less when i turn left so i am assuming its a wheel bearing then right? Do fast fit centers deal with this?

Have you checked the brake pads for wear? you may have a binding brake pad that siezed on?
Or
It could be your brake pads on one side are coming on with a mal adjusted handbrake cable?
