My dad had a mondeo 2.0 Ghia on a P plate, I was impressed by the heated front screen which was only visible when I was told about it weeks later. My question: Is it possible to buy an aftermarket heated front screen for a xantia? my screen may or may not last the winter with the bullseye and hairline cracks from a stone chip...just thought I'd look around early. I realise there would be no wiring built in for it but thats no problem.

Never seen one, why not just start your car with the spare key, put a mechanical steering wheel lock on. Use the main key to lock the doors again and go inside for 5 mins.
If you park on the road this will be illegal, also your insurance will ask questions should the car be stolen.
Just crept into my mind, some car alarms allow remote starting, but IIRC, those models cost more than the average loved Citroen.
