In a thread only a few months ago, someone put a link to a pdf with the part numbers of the ALKO spheres which would allow you to look them up.

Unfortunately, as always seems to happen with the search function - it won't find it when I go looking

Perhaps someone else remembers that thread ?

After looking at the rain having 2nd thoughts about this I know the rear is very bouncy but is there any bounce test that will tell me for sure if the spheres need done.

Or is it worth spending the money just incase (especially considering the rears can be a right pig to remove)

Alko spheres are produced by the Spanish company Al-ko with their main website :
http://www.al-ko.es/english/catalo_1.htm

Here you find the specific product tables - plus lots of other good stuff
Numeric list of spheres:
http://www.al-ko.es/pdf/turismo/lesferas.pdf
Selection table for Citroen spheres :

Anyone found the similar Amtex website yet ?

Looks like the spheres might be ok but may well be the wrong ones then as far as I can tell

The front XT 20.00.0044 AV HI2.01-190 50 Must be the Alko XO44
The Rear XT 20.00.0045 AR HI2.01-190 30 Must be the Alko XO45

Which are ment for the 2.0i >11.93

Since mine is the 1999 2.0 HDI

looks like it should be on the XO91 & XO89

Suppose that could explain a few things

If you tip in the part no's (20.00.0044/45) on Lizarte - you get what you need to know.
You may try if they have a seperate sphere type for the HDI.

I'm going to give Europarts a call in the morning hope to get at least the rear 3 done and get some Hydraflush as look at the LHM and its yellow

I'll try the rear if that works fine if not I'll do the front aswell

Well just got home with thee rear spheres 2x XA30RZ and antisink XA50RU was the ones that Europarts supplied

But according to http://www.dworzak.at/Kataloge/KATALOG_ ... N_2005.pdf

it should be 2x XA30RA

So have I been sold the wrong ones or is there any difference or simply a substitute part e.g. different number but same effect?

Any Ideas befor I call Europarts and look like a fool
