Inaccurate Speedometer/Tripmeter in ZX 2.0 Auto

Hi all,
I'm experiencing a problem with an inaccurate speedometer and tripmeter in my ZX 2.0 8 valve (Automatic). The speedo shows a higher speed then what what is the actual i.e. 110km/h when the speed is actually around 80 km/h and the tripmeter also is higher then the actual distance travelled.
I bought the car second-hand and the transmission has been changed. Does anyone know the actual transmission model number used in the ZX 2.0? I would like to check if the transmission is the correct one as I suspect that this might be where to start but am not sure.
Any suggestions or feedback is greatly appreciated.

If you figure out which transmission you have, you should be able to replace the speed sensor by the correct one for that box. I haven't got a clue as to which box you should have, maybe you could post the number of the box you have in it now??

Hi Niek,
That is my next plan of action. The car is currently in the shop for some minor work and this is the best time to check the transmission details. Will keep the forum posted.
