Roof Trims

Can't remember if I asked this before & I couldn't find a post.

The roof trims on the ZX, can they be removed without snapping them or the clips? are the clips available of I do break any?

You on about the head lining or the outside of the roof?

sorry yeh the two trims (don't want to call them rails

) on the outside of the car.

Ross, I dont know how to remove the rails but... If you are thinking of fitting carrying handles they need to be further forward as all the weight is at the front.

Hi there
Slide the rails back out of the windsreen and once clear gently tease them upwards they will unclip but you may need a few new plastic clips from the STEALERS and they are over priced for what they are abour .90p each.

P.S lift the tailgate before you start........
