C3 - fuel problem

Post by KennyW »

Hi there gang,

Any thought on the following problem a frined is currently having with his C3.
When he or his missus is driving along the vehicle suddenly looses power and the fuel management light comes.
This has happened on several occassions but by the time he has had it checked the fault has disappeared and dealer wasn't able to give answer.
last time fuel management light stayed on and when dealer did diagnostic test it was a fault with 'fuel cradle'.
This was replaced and 2 days later the same thing happened again.

He is going to take it back but any thoughts from people in citroen land.

Should have the fuel flap checked for tightness. May be water in fuel.
