Im hoping one of you experts can help out
The rear door on my xantia Hdi has decided to lock itself and I cant get it open. I think I have managed to set the dead lock on it.
The story is the central locking was working OK except for the right hand rear which had to be operated by hand. Before christmas I took the lock off had a good fiddle with it and put it back on and tried it out but it was just the same. I left the door lining etc and the inside handle and links off.
Today I decided it was time to put the inside handle and linings back on and put up with the no central locking on the one door but I could not get the door open. I think I may have set the dead lock on the door due to my fiddling with the guts of the lock. Have I converted my car into a 3 door?
