Those seem to be standard squirters and not mist ones

So just to confirm before i find a Peugeot dealer and order them that these Peugeot 'Mist' Jets will pretty much fit my Xantia Mk1 (located on the underside of the bonnet) even if they require a bit of fiddling.

Also can i actually order these from my Citroen Dealer ???

Oeerr this is getting confusing. :? So the Xsara set wont fit a ZX? But the 407 type will fit a Xantia that has underslung jet fittings with a bit of modification, but we still don't know if they will fit on a ZX?

Is the fitting on a Xantia the same as that on a ZX? anyone happen to know?

My Citroen dealer still hasn't got them in, and when I phoned the local Peugeot dealer to order a pair of 407 mist jets they want me to go in and pay before they will place the order!! the jets are £2.70 each! lol. Too expensive an item for Peugeot to risk having in stock? dohh.

Looks as though I will have to wait till Citroen get mine for me (Xsara type) and then see if i can get them to fit, I will let you know what happens. :)

Mezuk04,the Pug jets as listed will fit the Xantia mk 1 like mine. They were a bit of a tight fit, even though they look identical, hence a bit of super glue.
Not sure if the 406 jets are the fitted to later Citroens though.

I have a pair of Xsara mist jets in front of me. The water entry is from the underside at right angles to the exit holes and therefore makes fitting this jet underslung very difficult, it does look as though it would be fairly easy to fit it to the peugeot 306 which is a push in from the top type fitting. :) The little locking lugs (arrow head shaped) are each side of the entry pipe, so also at right angles to the jet exit holes. :)

As it's very windy here at the moment I dont want to risk having the bonnet blow against the w/screen so will leave trying to fix it untill the wind eases off. Maybe tomorrow.. :)

The Xsara mist jets cost (new) £1.97p each, £3.94p for the pair, bought from my local (main) Citroen dealer.. :D

James.UK as I said the Xsara's fit the 306 perfectly with no mods, they just clip into place.

np, thanks for that I'll take it down the local dealers & see if they have them in stock.

I've had a quick look at the ZX ones compared to the Xantia Ph1 & 2 & I rekon they're a direct swap, if not its damn close, so I'd say the 407 ones would fit to the ZX no worries

Misting jets sound interesting. Are the pumps the same or is a higher pressure needed?

I had mist jets on my MK5 Golf. They are excellent! a must have for the serious driver :)

I'm definately getting some for my Xantia now that I know they fit :D

Has anyone tried fitting those pug wipers with the jets on the actual wiper?
A friend of mine fitted some off a 405 on to a D reg 205 successfully......
