Either one of the cables has broken or it may have come unhooked from the operating lever on the calipers.

I had it checked today, the right hand side cable is snipped, they said it will cost £40 part price+£40 labour, is this a good price??

I think £40.00 for the cable is about twice GFS price, but its probably a genuine Citroen. £40.00 for fitting is probably about the right price for a garage.
