couple of questions;
1) The front towers would be the main problem, how would you guys get round this one
(other than buying a Xantia etc)
2) Do you think the length of the car would be a issue?
3) Could you increace the speed of the height change by using a smaller pully on the pump?
Cheers

Probably not, but if you experience height problems, get some bonnet scoops and say you have 2 intercoolers, one near each front wing1) The front towers would be the main problem, how would you guys get round this one

The BX isn't that much bigger...2) Do you think the length of the car would be a issue?
3) Could you increase the speed of the height change by using a smaller pully on the pump?Maybe, but remember you would have the pump rotating faster and that could give future problems like premature wearing. What other HP Cits have bigger displacement pumps
Take care!

I know what you meant and i know it was a kinda stupid suggestion of mineIts not the ride height its the towers themselves.
Basically, XMs should have a similar pump to the Xantia. That reminds me... what about an ACTIVA pump? Or an older Citroën pump, as they had larger size spheres with more fluid to fill in the usual amount of time...
