HEATER DISPLAY BULBS

Post by WELSHVIKING »

All the bulbs seem to be out on the heater display on my xantia hdi sx, how easy a job is it to get behind the display and replace the bulbs and how many bulbs am i looking at...or hopefully it is a common problem which one of your fine members has a quick fix for......and yes i have tried knocking / belting / swearing and spitting at the dash but no response...thanks Colin

Possibly not, the Haynes book has good pictures of that.
I fiddled with that years ago, and it was no rocket science.
The surround trim unclips easily, then there are 4 screws to undo, and it slides out.
If the globes twist into contacts tinned with solder, all of them may need a good scrape.
