Will need one too, if you can post the part number, the rubber band has stretched.
Start by prizing the side plugs outwards with a wide-bladed screwdriver.
What happens next depends on what the kit is made up of.
The rubber band is out of the ordinary in that it stretches to 3 times its length, instead of the usual 2 times.

Job took about half hour. I tried to pull the new ones through with the old . No joy, they foul up inside the "tube". Completely remove the old ones, get yourself about 4 ft of stiffish wire, feed it down the tube one way, hook the white elasticy bit on to it and gently pull it back through. Anchor both ends safely, then repeat the exercise from the other end. Rmember, always pull the white bit through..not the black. Reckon I could do another one in 10 mins now. Good luck. Big Bazza
