Since the Folksam Insurance company base their figures on the results of actual accidents, it could take a while! Even the XM didn't sell that well in Sweden and the C6 is in another class . .

I think the idea is to drive your car? crashing is not a good idea unless you drive in the banger races! :D ,

Maybe if all cars had a big spike in front of the driver instead of an airbag, we would get a lot less accidents. lmho  :D :D

If only the car could protect itself against envy people as good as it protects its occupants...

I should imagine those are the results the car was designed to produce - just shows what can be done when someone tries!

Weight of 1816 Kg means the fuel consumption is going to be enormous and the performance presumably will suffer as well.

Pop-up safety bonnet should be fun - can it be activated by a well placed kick?

I wonder if they'll ever sell any in the UK. I would imagine the depreciation would be fairly steep.

If you spending the sort of money the C6 costs, then I think buyer's will be buying something else.

Could you now buy all the UK XM's for the cost of 1 C6?

Sadly I think they need a top model with 2 more cylinders if they are going to achieve sales sucess. 200 odd BHP and 1.9tonne is going to mean 0 - 62 of about 9 secs and a max which may be around 145 if its clean which may be adequate but doesn't cut it with its competitors.
