Firstly is it Petrol or Diesel???
Slow to rise could be a tired pump, the steering heavy could be low fluid
The digital display will probably have a bulb out inside the unit. You'll need to dismantale the Dash, and remove the display unit and replace the bulbs. Same type as Dash board bulbs.
Behind the headlights under the bonnet there are RELAY units each side of the car. Spray them with WD40 or equvilant. I had cooling fan problems they didn't work (My 2nd V6 XM 12 Valve 1991 J reg) I sprayed them and it was all fine again. Does your full beam work?? Have you checked your bulbs??
Have you got buttons on your steering wheel?? If so the connector on the back of the radio is a WHITE ROUND CONNECTOR, this is your steering controls. You will need to get an adapter from an audio shop specialist to convert.. You could get an UPMARKET Radio that will take a 6 disk multi changer, Clarion unit, it connecets to the head unit and you can still use the wheel controls...
Let us know what model/engine your car is, and we can look into Heavy steering and ABS light problem.
Hope this helps so far.
