Heating Fan and A/C not working

Heating Fan and A/C not working

Hi,
The A/C was the first to stop working but the A/c kicks in but there is no cold air (u notice the load on the engine)
Then the blower stopped working.
HAve checked the fuses, all is well.
Any replies welcome
