Not bad at all, the ZX has always rated as a good car in my book.
On a similar point a few weeks ago we went to Kelso for the 2CV friends world meeting, from our door to kelso was just under 300 miles, not bad for a 21 year old 602cc car pulling a trailer tent :-)
Cant beat these Citroens.

I'm off to Falmouth in cornwall on 10th September which is a 360 mile drive, quite looking forward to it really, will be interesting to see the car perform with 4 passengers, 4 passengers worth of bags (a weeks worth) and a full tank of diesel.

So it was you I got caught behind....
I live in Galashiels about 25mins away and for about 3 weeks
everytime you went out you got stuck behind convoys of 2CV's!!!
Oh and did Galashiels to Birmingham, to Loch Lomond then back to Galashiels in one week a couple of months ago and the ZX never missed a beat, just over 800miles in total in 8 days.

Yes that would be the 2CV world meeting syndrome.
You gotta smile though.

Strange isn't it? We clock up thousands of miles a year but when we do a big trip, we still find it amazing?
Got fed up with people saying "ooh will it make it?" when I told them about my 600 mile round trip to the World Meeting. "It's made the 124,000 miles to get this far so I think it will be ok" was my response.
