Typical problem, same on most exclusive alloys as well... go to your nearest Stealer who should be able to direct you to a suitable tre fitter. Their is a technical reason for balance weights being on the outside or the outside or both... again, a decent tyre fitter can advise.

Hi
I had similar problems with the 405 I had that was fitted with the 306 15" Cyclone alloy wheels, No centres on these either.
Most tyre fitting places should have the adapter for there balancing machine to do these wheels, But it depends if they can be bothered to spend the 5 minutes setting it up.

Got mine done at Kwik-fit (unfortunately the Doncaster one) have a ring round and see. No reluctance to do it at all after the initial joke as I made it clear I knew it was a pain to do when I first asked. They did a good job at a reasonable price.

My local ATS has a machine with the removable/replaceable studded fitting. It's a pain but they'll do it. They're not in T&W, obviously, but maybe ATS buys these machines as standard so your local shop should have one too?
