Depends on how long the LHM has been in for. If it is nice and green I would say it is probably OK, but yellow or brown (or, worst of all, BLACK!) would make its' way into a waste oil container.
As to Hydraflush, I seem to recall a minimum of 1,500 miles, but I cannot recall where I got this from. I know it has an upper limit of 5,000KM (so 3,000 miles) before it must be replaced with LHM.
