Selling a couple of Xants

Post by adzbaby »

Just wanted the informed opinion of the 'board' for prices.
I am about to sell two Hatchback VSX xantiae!
1. M reg 1.9 TD, FSH, Cam belt just done, immaculate condition interior, suspension superb, 127k.
2. P reg 2.0 16v, Engine just been completely overhauled (new crank and cam belt done etc)and serviced, immaculate throughout, 56k, no service history.
What should I expect to get for these privately?
Cheers and all opinions welcome, just don't say £50 [;)]

1. £350 to £500
2. the same
Tax and MOT?
I assume both have 12 months MOT (helps sell them quicker).
Where are you based?

If you have any use for this car what so ever do not sell it you will not get anything like what its worth back as its probably worth £400-£800 at best, ive just bought one to strip for £50 and there was nothing wrong with that and it had a FSH!

Does the M-plate 1.9TD have ABS? if so a friend of mine is looking for something like that.

FF - The m plate does have ABS and both cars will have 12 months MOT on them and maybe 6 months tax.
