This is a mad conversion if it is a real picture!, surely it would have been better to use a transit van or something similar ?, or was the CX really that good ?

Ah, another monster Tissier conversion. They even did an SM once...

CX ambulances used to be quite common in France, but I have never seen one like that. How do you get it round corners?

i saw CX and BX ambulancys when driving down to 2CV world meeting in vinadio northan italya year before last,they were not quite as long as that one regards malcolm

Google 'Tissier Citroen' and see what you return.
They do some quite remarkable conversions on DS, CX and XM cars.

I've seen one of these as a camper, certainly caught my eye. shame it wouldn't fit on the drive.
