Hi all, I have a 1999 2.0HDi SX Xantia Estate with 76,000mls on the clock. Just yesterday my front suspension would not settle at its mid height (normal driving psoition). When I set the lever at its highest point the front goes all the way up, when I set it to the lowest height it goes all the way down, but set it to the driving position and it will either stay at the highest or lowest setting, the rear works ok.
Any advise would be appreciated,

It looks as though your problem is a siezed height adjuster linkage - with luck it may respond to careful lubrication particularily where the linkage goes into the corrector. I think you have the plastic link which may need replacing.
BE CAREFUL AND SUPPORT THE CAR PROPERLY - TINKERING WITH THIS LINKAGE CAN MAKE THE CAR DROP VERY SUDDENLY AND IT WILL KILL YOU.
