have got pollen filter For xsara hdi , Where does it go. Cannot see any screws or flaps to remove , I have in the passed removed the fan to clean up brushes as fan stopped , But still couldnt see pollen filter , I have removed carpet (3 screws) under glove box . Any pointers as to where it is please.xsara 2.0 hdi.

not sure on a xsara but they are usuly between air intake and fan,with quality filters you normaly get fitting instructions regards malcolm

Its under the glove box. You'll need to take out three screws holding the carpet in place.

As stated have removed the screws , But cannot see , Do I have to get my glasses seen too. Filter from GFS so no instructions.Also Have haynes manual , but still no luck. Will have another look later as at work now. IS it to right / or left of fan ?

Found the cover , it was quite hard to remove , slide it back all manner of crap full out , Suprising whole black it was . Compared to a new one , cheers all.

I'm sure that the main reason it was black is because it was of the carbon variety and the GSF ones aren't!

Main reason it was black was because it was filthy , My fan used to blow fuses on full blast , no it doesnt , suprising what the filter can do
