Crome door trim

ok we all know that the xantia's door trim goes white but is there a place you can get it from cheep as im not paying £200 to do just 4 doors! and £47+ vat each for the front and rear trims!

Would that trim happen to be the same as what goes round my metallic silver temptation....thats starting to go white to and it would love lovely if it was brand spanking new??????

I wonder whether you could source some thin stainless steel strips to replace the plastic trim, mine are going on my newer Xantia where as the older one seems to be fine.
