if the TU3MC is the 1.4 Single pont, what is the 1.6 SP? TU3LZ??

I dont think the TU range goes higher than the 1.4L (1.360L that is) in displacement.
The 1.6L displacement would be an XU variant - like XU5xx.

1.6 would be an XU engine anyway wouldn't it?

The TU range does indeed include larger engines, as the 1.5D engine in pug 106/Cit AX is a TUD5 1527cc. Also, I believe 306's recieved TU5 petrol engines in some of the earlier 1.6 models, at 1580ish cc. What the exact engine code is, I have noooo idea.

Anders you are mistaken, Xsara 1.6 ,Berlingo 1.6 uses TU5
