Estate ride height ?

thanks for your responce
well i did have weight on all for wheels when i say ramps i mean car ramps you drive on to ive even tried jacking the car on the rear of the towball to bring it upto the right height with the wheels on the ground engine running locking the clamp still the same effect ive done this on the car ramps and on the ground ive tried pushing the lever underneath not much happens when i do that only once when it did when i was underneath i touched that lever and the car was on ramps i saw the body slowly coming towards me i got out quick at that point. ive been having a right game with it
