Alloy Wheels for Xantia

Is it possible to fit 15 or 16" alloy wheels to an Lreg Xantia due to the suspention lowering when car is not being used.

I'm no expert but since our HDi has 16in alloys and you can still put it on "low" setting I can't see a problem. Wouldn't you also use low profile tyres so the overall diameter would be the same? Or your speedo would also be out - or have I missed the point?

I have 7,5X16 on my 1994 Xantia, and there is no problem at all!
But I want to know if 215/45 is a OK size, and which tyre-pressure I should use?
