Xantia Steering wheel

Post by wrinklet1 »

Hi everyone,
I have a Xantia 1993 TD SX and the steering wheel has started de-composing, all the part that your finger grip has started breaking away from the wheel. This is a none airbag wheel. Has anyone got any ideas where I could get a replacement one from (not too many pennies though).
None on ebay I have searched [:(]
Thanks
Paul

All the Xantia's I have seen are with airbag, or, they have been vandalized ie BIG chunks out of them..... very saddening.

I would really prefer a Xantia wheel, because of the remote radio controls.....

hi wrinklet1
i had the same problem with my steering wheel it was falling apart by the spokes and i managed to get a nice one from the breakers for £5 but if youre still having problems finding one then you could try the airbag type (even though the airbag wont work) it,ll still fit the same as long as you remove the airbag first, and youll still have your radio controls that,s what i was going to do. until i found one it was,nt easy but just keep trying the citroen breakers you,ll be sure to find one i did.
happy hunting
