BX "Purflux" Fuel Filter

Evening all. Does anyone have the secret solution to removing the purflux design diesel filter housing on a 1989 BX 19RD?? You've got the primer button on the top, and what feel like 3 plastic lumps on the bottom. Two feel like caps, other like a bleed screw, but access is tight!
Any ideas?

If its like the bosch one on my TD undo the 2 bolts holding it on to the car, take the pipes off (take the pipes off the stubs - the banjo's won't undo) and turn it upside down on the bench.

The Alloy purflux one has a long allen bolt through it, remove it from the bracket and all will be revealed (I have seen quite a few chewed up by various types of filter wrenches)
