Total 7000 quarts
Castrol GTD 10w/40w

Out of the three, I'd go for the Total, only because it's OME. I think the Mobil might be over doing it a bit.
I tend to go for a cheaper semi synthetic and change it every 5/6000 miles. I'm using a brand called Planet at the moment which meets all the latest specs for turbo diesel and is silly cheap. It's made by Comma which, correct me if I'm wrong is owned by Shell.

I use Castrol GTX Magnatec in mine (a mate of mine rang Castrol, and they say its exactly the same as the GTD Magnatec, just a different lable). As above the Total is the stuff the manufacturers recommend, but where I live GTX Magnatec is available and its £18.99 with a free baseball cap, and Ive had no bad experiences with Magnatec.

Aye, £3 quids worth of oil in a flashy container, with a very strong brand name.
FWIW, Tesco were selling a high spec CF4 / ACEA B-3 diesel oil suitable for Turbos for a ridiculously cheap £2.99 / 5 litres a couple of weeks ago. Looked and smelled like Esso product to me, and the ZX is running fine on it.

I tried Tesco's semi-synth diesel engine oil in my '95 Xantia and after 6000 miles it was very thin, so I didn't risk it again, i went back to Comma Eurodiesel. I've tried a few different oils and the Tesco oil was the only that I wouldnt use again.

My HDi prefers Total Quartz 9000 0W30 or 5W30.
Quite superior to others in terms of viscosity.
Viscosity at 40 and 100 ºC (mm2/s):
Quartz 9000 0W30 or 5W30 __ 53 and 9.6.
Quartz 9000 5W40 __________ 85 and 14.
Quartz 7000 10W40 _________ 100 and 14.5.
Quartz 5000 15W40 _________ 110 and 14.5.
Quartz 3000 20W40 _________ 154 and 17.
