Leaking Hydraulic Pump

I have another potential problem with my car now. I have noticed a small amount of fluid leaking under the car which is particularly noticeable first thing in the morning. Over the weekend I investigated and believe it to be coming from the hydraulic fluid pump. I checked the pipe work by unplugging it from the reservoir and believe it to all be okay. Is this a common Citroen problem? Do the pumps pack up after a while and do I need to replace it? If so - is this going to be an expensive?

Where on the pump is the leak? If its the spindle - new pump - see online shop for price. Could be high pressure output seal failed - see if nut is tight (only needs be nipped up. If it won't seal you will need another rubber seal - pence from Citroen - or but unlikely the input hose is leaking.
