ZX Brakes from Berlingo

Post by DarkendViper »

Hi all,
Just a quick question. I've been offered a set of berlingo brake calipers. I'm interested on fitting these on my ZX. The calipers are Lucas i've been told. Will these fit on? Also would I need the caliper mounting bit and if so whats it's technical name?
Many Thanks

Yes they should bolt straight on, providing you have at least 14" wheels. The caliper mounting is the carrier, you will need these too.

Yup, they will bolt straight on. Need to ensure what 'mark' Berlingo they are off as mine were off a mk 2 which meant different size and gemometry of brake disk (same as pug 607) to berlingo mk1, which caused me no end of hassle - search for previous post under my name on the matter. back from hols so if get time will search and post the link - work/time permitting.....

If you use Girling calipers from a Blingo upto RP9127, they go straight on. You also need to use Berlingo brakes hoses as the Zx ones are too short.
