Can anyone tell me the part number for the Sanden air conditioning compressor on a 1996 XM 2.1 TD exclusive?
I can just see the compressor but can't make out any numbers on it.[xx(]

It depends on the type of engine fitted and possibly also the ORG number of the car. You should really download the microfiches from:

There seem to be about 8 different compressors to choose between, depending on engine.
