What do I need to cure this leak?

Is it that big round rubber that needs replacing?

My Xantia has done that since I changed it's fluid and cleaned the filters. I'm sure it's the top gasket of the reseviour but have never pulled it apart to find out why.
One day I will find the time and let you know (if no-one else does in the mean time).

I think its because I removed all the crud from around the seal when changing the fluid, I found getting the fluid level spot on reduced it a lot, Don't know if its related but I also put a longer clear tube on the breather (also making sure it wasn't blocked mine was) down to a little clear bottle cable tied lower in the engine bay to catch the vapour, Dry at the moment but it's only been a couple of weeks though

Yes the large rubber seal does seem to go 'soft' and require replacing. I had this problem on an older Xantia, swapped the seal job done.
