How do i increase the turbo pressure

Hi guys
Any body know how to increse the pressure from the turbo on the 1.9 turbo diesel model....
I have read about the "bar" is it? being increased in the ZX volcane diesel many moons ago on a site i cant remember. Can the same be done in my mota'?
Im looking for more acceleration performance and more pulling power for my trailer.
