A very happy new year to everyone and a BIG thankyou to everyone who's given me advice on this subject, the job was completed last night and after a 10mile trip out and left idling for 15mins afterwards the system only got up to about 88degrees at its hotest point. Normal driving is about 80degrees now and cooling fan cutting in at about 85 degrees.
