multimeter (silly question)

have you any devices like alarms which drain current even when the car is left locked? Is this the difference between your 2 cars?

left overnight and still reading 12.40v so theres no slow draining from one reading to another so i doubt it can be a drain, surely if there was a drain on the charging systen each reading would not be identical, especially as there taken at differing times.
All the interior lights are off, the only thing flashing is three led lights for the alarm, immob, radio, would these account for some drain?
Also ill leave the alarm off overnight see if makes any difference
