Xantia Rear Screen Seal Bunching

I have a Xantia Hatchback and just notice when washing the car today that the seal has sort of "expanded" a little either side of the bottom of the screen and I`m getting bunching on the seal. Any chance this will cause water to leak inside and what`s the best stuff to use to get it back into place?

The rear screen on the xantia is bonded, so the 'seal' won't leak. However I've never replaced one myself, so I'm not sure if it can be done with the screen in. Sometimes you fit the seal to the glass before installation, sometimes it just presses in around the glass after. Ive got a feeling it's the former though mate!!......
You could always try warming it up with a hairdryer and manipulating it back into place by pushing.
