Morning oily boys, just a quickie, anyone have any ideas which oil siuts best for a zx td .....preferably for good economy as I do a shedload of miles !!!

Do a sight search for this . There was a thread not too long ago on just this suject. Personally I used the stuuf my local GSF branch had on display. Cheap for 5 ltrs but a good oil. Never had any problems.
