I'll pick you up in the Berlingo if you fancy it Jim. I'll go very slowly and your bike can go in the back so you can go for a ride there..

That's for the offer Mike but it's a lot more than being unable to drive. I'm presently barely able to function and likely to spend most of the weekend in bed...

Bike rides are definitely out :( The best I'll manage is to watch a bit of TdF...

I was just checking the rout, can't remember if the satnav will remember it (I won't) and sent it to my phone just in case.
Unfortunately looked up Bishop's Stortford by mistake

Almost on my eldest son's doorstep.
Fortunately realised my mistake so won't be rolling up there to find - nothing!

An hour out of bed is sometimes enough Jim. I've only managed 3 hours out of mine today. I hope there's been better weather at the national than there is here in ne scotland. It's been grey, wet and cold .

I was really looking forward to getting down in the C5 but I don't think it will happen. Wifey was moaning about the distance and wanted to go elsewhere, as she's having a lazy morning I can see me doing jack sh*t, very frustrating.

Ok long story short, I'm here! When wifey finally extricated herself she decided she didn't want to do anything so I grabbed a coat, camera and bag of crisps and set off. Got here just before 1.00pm, had a quick look round and just having a can. Thankfully it's dry but I came through some very wet weather on the way. Time to fire up the camera.

I've hit the sicklist too today. I thought I was hungover from a small amount of Wine last night. Apparantly not as I've continued to be violently ill.

Only up and about because I went to town for painkillers and soup. Drove like a sedated Grandma. Just throwing a ball for the dog for 5 mins then back to bed. Hoping not to miss work tomorrow but expect I shall.

Dave, excellent news, looking forward to seeing the pictures :)

James, sorry to hear of your troubles :( May you soon recover...

Happily, I'm a little better today... The rest yesterday I believe did me a little good...

Not up to driving any distance yet but I did manage a short bike ride :)

Missed you Dave :)

A very good turnout, nice to see a lot of familiar faces and make new acquaintances.

Some excellent tin there but I have to say, somewhat shamefully, that the star of the show was Ben Cowell's Hyundai
Pictures, but not many, later.
