That was just coming home fron Inverness. I wasnt really trying, that was just mainly going with the flow at 50mph. The average for the whole 750 miles is just shy of 40 mpg, which is about what it does day in day out. Thats a lot of lower gears work up and down steep hills and hairpins. Considering it was struggling for 30 mpg before the remap, the remap was worth every penny it cost. It will not be long repaying itself with that economy increase, and the added oooommph is a big, enjoyable bonus [emoji4]

40mpg from a 3.0 V6 auto is still pretty bloody marvellous Davie!

My 207 does about the same....

And I dare say the 407 is a lot comfortable and likes getting its 245bhp unleashed occasionally lol

I'm changing from maybe to no.
The poll won't let me switch my vote though.
Still would like to come but my cash flow has been hammered to the point I know I cannot without sacrificing more important things.

Not strictly related but not too far away. A friend recently bought this place and they're planning to move up there.

Ohh lovely! I could very happily live out my days in a place like that - just as long as there's a swimming pool, a karate dojo and a parkrun nearby :)

That's all I need ;)
