No place for us softy southerners then ;)
Not for me! My condition gets badly irritated by hanging around in the cold, however warm I wrap up. Spent 40 mins in the park a couple of months ago. Could hardly drive back I was in so much stiffness and pain. Had to get Mrs. Ben to drive and I never do that!

I now just what you mean...

Under such conditions I have terrible trouble with Reynauld's. Also comes on when trying to work on cars in the cold and it doesn’t have to be that cold either now. It stops me working until it passes.. Had a nasty attack of it in Tesco yesterday.

We both need to emigrate to somewhere warmer

Failing that, get some forum members with powerful vehicles (fitted with tall snorkels) to tow the UK a few thousand miles south!

Eastern Mediterranean will do for me.. Park us next to Cyprus ;)

That's if we can squeeze through the Straits of Gibraltar.... Maybe if we leave Scotland and Wales behind we can...

No, not at all Paul, you know me, I love the place to bits :D

I was more thinking of you to be honest, I know the heat of the Eastern Med is not to everybody's liking and I thought you might miss the rain ;)

Also, If we in England are several thousand miles away we'll need somewhere far away for our holidays and Wales will be perfect for that :D

Nice earner for the shipping companies. They can just put Scotland Extra rather than typing out Highlands and Islands :)

Shouldn't all addresses be highlands and islands, as every part of the UK is an island?

From there you may wish to sail a bit further south and join St Helena in the South Atlantic. St Helena could become a new Hebridian island ;)

Yes but it'll be administratively easier to go to St. Helena as it's British territory Davie... As is parts of Cyprus...

The Canaries may object to being annexed by Scotland!
