Well a very good show all in, not as busy as the NEC which was welcome as photos could be taken and it was far less crushed and rushed.
For a first show the turnout I thought was good but some clubs did fail to turn up and while it did draw in quite a lot of people, it was never packed. Though really its not a big place so the attendance was adequate.
The classic rally cars racing around the small, almost rally-cross, course was entertaining too. Though I feel for the few drives who stuffed their cars into the car park furniture, nothing which looked 'too' costly though.
The Citroen stand was very good too, with 11 cars there today and 10 yesterday. We had a Mehari, series one CX, early and late D's, Traction, Xantia, C15, GS, C6, SM and a Panhard (today only).
I was delighted that my Xantia Activa recieved 'car of the show post 1990' from Footman James, for which I recieved a nice glass award. Very unexpected.
All in a great weekend
