Oh la la! A celebration of fine French automobiles.

We had a fantastic day today [Sunday], the weather was brilliant [a little windy but warm & sunny, & as per usual we returned home to sunburnt.

Gates opened from 8.30am / track action from 9am
Despite being called La Vie en Bleu, the event is quintessentially British, a mini Goodwood Festival of Speed set in glorious Cotswolds. Celebrating French cars, but in a British way.
see rare historic vehicles to modern day supercars.
7th annual pageant of French motoring excellence.
There was an superb car display in the paddock, live music, & straight from The Royal Albert Hall, BBC Strictly Come Dancing & ITV’s show Dancing on Ice, our Parisian can-can girls who will perform throughout both days.
Some amazing cars were on display & took to the hill on demonstration runs. 3 Bugatti Veyron 250mph supercars, Ayrton Senna’s 1986 John Player Special Lotus Renault 98T F1 car, & the Benetton B190 F1 car that took Nelson Piquet to victory at Suzuka.
In addition to these there was some rare & exotic French vehicles, which included... a 1924 Hispano, 1901 De Dion Bouton, 1949 Citroën U23 Tipper Lorry, 1910 AC Sociable, Bugatti EB110, 1929 Vernon Derby, the popular Parisian bus, a Velosolex display.
The paddock will be buzzing with entertainment, with mime artists, French themed comedy actors & professional can-can dancing girls, to live music.
The Orchard was packed with French car clubs including: Renault Alpine Owners Club, Renault Owners Club, Citroen Car Club, Citroen 2CV Club & Peugeot Owners Club to name just a few.
The new Prescott Club House opened its doors for the 1st time in April 2013.
