I'll be there Saturday and Sunday, very much looking forward to it!

I'll be in a Xantia of course, though I've not decided which one yet.

Looks like a plan has come together for the National - setting off early on Sunday Morning in convoy which I believe will be S1 XM 24v, C4 and S2 XM 24v...

Mine was gleaming in readiness last weekend. However it has now flies on the front, bird poo, and a layer of dust on it. Got 300 odd miles tomorrow to do, then I'll have to see if I can find a car wash, and NOT a drive through one! See you guys saturday and sunday

Might be worth dropping Nigel a PM, Davie, as he lives near Wicksteed Park so might know of a hand car wash type place:

I was really hoping to get to the National this year now that I am once again part of the ranks. However I can't see it happening now. :( We are having wall and loft insulation tomorrow, I'm working on Saturday and wifey has jobs for me Sunday. Have a great time everyone. Proper fed up now.

I won't be there neither - too much work and not enough play.

Shame as I would have loved to have taken my Xantia to it's birthday bash.

I'm visiting an old friend in brummie friday night. They may know of one or push comes to the shove could wash it at their house.

My Activa is not clean and it's unlikely to be for the weekend either... I'm after the 'Shed of the Show' award

See you there...

Its official: i'll be there on Saturday, later on and the sunday.

I'll probably just have a nosy round the camping area on Saturday.

Looking forward to meeting some new people! Jim, Citronut/Malcolm make yourself known please!

Chris will you not be in the active then? Only asking as I want to meet up/chat and i'm not sure what your other car is! Sommat hdi? Never had a good look at a hdi funnily enough.

I have to admit i'm quietly pleased that the bx isn't on the road. Its boiling in there with an outside temperature of 20 C so at 31C I don't know what would happen?! Whereas the C3 has climate control!!..modern cars, gotta love em!

see you all soon

Phil
