Morning all
Have a question.
Cannot begin to say how much I'd appreciate any help.
Basically getting very cold now and my heating is set to one level. If I adjust the temp Controller on the panel it just spins round and round
Thank you

Welcome!
Common problem on the BX - the back part of the knob breaks so it no longer turns the spindle. IIRC (it being nearly 15 years since I had a BX!) you can just use one of the other knobs as a temporary measure - they just pull off. For a permanent repair you need to go looking for a spare; not easy these days I would imagine!
