I have a Xsara Picasso too, very happy with it but unfortunately as reported in this thread with the rather dramatic title Glow Plugs Annihilate 2.0HDi Xsara Picasso , it is currently awaiting a very slow resurrection.
Suffice to say...if you think your glow plugs need changing...don't bother!
