First time Citroen owner

Morning!

I've joined the forum due to it showing up in so many google searches for various problems I've had with my new car. I'm Pete, I'm a 34 year old Nurse who lives and breathes Martial Arts. To put my motoring experience in to context, my car history is:
- Rover 216 (version 1 / G-reg)
- Ford Orion (F-reg)
- Rover 216 (version 2 / H-reg)
- Nissan Almera (version 1 / R-reg) - my longest lasting and most reliable car yet
- Ford Mondeo (Mk2 / 02-reg) - this recently went to the scrapyard and I admit I shed a tear over that car

Now I own own a 2001 Citroen C5 petrol estate. Interesting car that so far I'm enjoying but there are a fair few niggles that I'd like to put right

Hope I can also contribute to this form.

Hello Pete, and welcome to the forum. I'm glad it has been a help (and that is why I joined).

I wouldn't be able to help with the C5 (other than to suggest you check the rear calipers for the dreaded caliper corrosion. If the calipers are off alignment they will need some work). Although the following post is for Xantias, the same goes for the C5;
